Murrah al-Abyad Abu al-Harith (Arabic: ابا مرة الابيض أبو الحارث "The White One, father of the Light") (Abu al-Nur) or Marah (مرة), the White King (malik al-abyad) is the lord of Monday, the Moon (Qomar), the color White, the metal Silver and is monitored by the angel Gabriel (جبرائيل).

Fast Forty Days for the shake of God, abstaining from all meat products and by products. After the Obligatory Prayer (Fard Prayer), you must recite the conjuration (qosam) one hundred times. And then recite Surah Al-Jinn three times. The Incense (Bukhur) are Muqlil ‘Azrooq (مقل ازرق) and ‘Uud (عود). On the last day, you recite the conjuration with the incense (bukhur) Lubban Dzakar (لبان الذكر) until he come with his army.
